We had a terrible experience at the hotel we stayed in recently. the location of the hotel is great, very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. the room was somewhat clean, the bathroom was okay, but nothing special. Sadly, the service was incredibly disappointing, the staff was unhelpful, and the breakfast was served very late and was of poor quality.
